Warranty Coverage

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. This 1-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If your camera fails due to a covered defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or

  • Issue a replacement of equal or comparable value

What This Warranty Covers

✔ Defects in materials or workmanship
✔ Camera not powering on under normal use
✔ Internal hardware failures not caused by misuse
✔ Manufacturing-related malfunctions

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact

  • Water or liquid exposure (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by using non-approved accessories or chargers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team and provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos or videos showing the defect (if requested)

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs when returning the product for inspection.

  • If the claim is approved, replacement units will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

No Other Warranties

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. No other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided unless required by law.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
